LATE LATE LATE flight home.

We also don't have any little ones, but like late flights. We usually get up early on the flight day and check the luggage in for the airport transfer and then spend the day at a park. Does your little one sleep well in the stroller? It's going to be a long day if you leave the room at 11 and just hang around the hotel until 6.

Another who wants late flights leaving. Last couple of trips we have managed to get on the 9:00ish flight out of MCO to ATL. Love it since it gives us the last day at the parks.
The one drawback I've found is leaving 3 hours early with a flight that late is just too early. I don't want or need 90 min+ at the airport. So a couple weeks ago we opted to do Uber to the airport instead. We didn't leave the resort till 2 hour before our flight and we still had close to an hour at the terminal. No lines for security that late. Earlier flights have found us in hellish lines.
Anyway, we just stay in the room packing up till 11:00, leave bags with bell services and spend several hours in the parks, before heading back to Resort, getting bags and calling Uber.

OP if you're at beach club...then a relaxing day is easy,even with a baby! pack and check all your bags except one for that day you keep in your stroller...you can still hang out by the pool,etc on that checkout day as much as you like,eat a leisurely lunch somewhere in boardwalk area, let kiddo play as needed, walk around boardwalk with stroller for naps, there are various playground areas for guests,sand beaches to wander,get an ice cream, I always let the kids play in the water and stuff,then showered them off in the pool changing area and packed their swimstuff in a ziploc in my suitcase.... always a relaxing day....

How much was Uber?

I think about $25 but not certain
We had a $20 credit from DH using my referral code. I used Uber on my phone during the trip and then sent DH a referral code so he created an account and used it to go to the airport. I now have a $20 credit too. We will use it on our trip next month
