I was wondering what other people thought (I haven't even ran this past dh and he will most likely say no way) if I brought pjs (shirt/bottoms kind) for my dds to change into at the airport. Out plan won't arrive back home till after 10:30 then we need to get our bags and head home (30 min drive).

I don't want anybody to think bad of me for putting a 4 yr and 9 yr in pjs for the flight, but most likely by the time we get home both will be asleep.

I know dh most likely won't like the idea, but thought I would ask here.

if you think they will be more comfortable wearing pj's then go for it. I'm sure no one will think badly of you....no need to be umcomfortable for the plane ride home. I usually wear loose, comfortable clothing myself whenever I fly. If your DH doesn't like the idea of pj's then how about some really comfortable lightweight sweat pants and t-shirts?

Four, yes, nine, no IMHO.

I agree, put them into sweats instead.

Do whatever you want, no one's going to notice. Our kids are 8 and we'd probably do the sweats rather than pjs, but, again, I wouldn't think it odd it I saw your 9 year old in pjs.

I think that would be fine for the 4yo probably not so great for the 9yo. Not that I think there is any thing wrong with it but my dd who is 9 wouldn't want to wear her pj's in public.

I would opt for a comfortable clothes, probably sweats and just let them sleep in that if they are asleep or don't want to change when you get home.
