Late Feb crowds

how are they? We have never been in Feb. We've done June, July, Aug, Sept., and Dec.

President's Day week is probably one of the top busiest weeks of the year. But the rest of Feb. isn't too bad. Not empty like Sept, but not packed like July either.

How's the weather?

We went Late Feb-early March this year. The weather was SOOOOOOOOOOOO nice. It was in the eighties most of the day. At night, the temp dropped, but we were comfortable in long pants and jackets.

It was very hard coming home to WI winter.

jennyl772003 I notice you have been in July numerous times, how do the crowds compare?

The crowds felt lighter. Not only that, but they were MUCH easier to deal with since the weather was so much nicer. No stinky pit smells to enjoy.

We got on EE (soft opening) with a posted 15 minutes, in 5.

We would def do that time of year again!

Sounds great we just returned from a 12 day stay july7-19. Ridulous waits, Soarin' and EE were 90-120 minutes. The fastpass line for EE one morning at 0915 was 45 minutes long....for a fastpass. Add in the 90-97 degree weather and oh lets not forget the humidity. We've done July in the past but this trip I was 19 wks pregnant, oh my goodness.

My son starts school later in the summer, so we have found late Aug works better for us then July. The crowds are so much better. The temps are still HOT, but crowds are much lighter.

After all those years of summer touring, and our harsh WI winters, Feb-March was a TREAT!

I am from WI too, near Milwaukee too, and we LOVE Feb! The weather and the crowds are great! 190 days till CR!

I alway go end of January or early February. Night time temps can be in the 40s, but daytimes are nice. Crowds are small, but it's also the period when some atractions are down for rehab work. Check ahead of time.
