late epcot ADR?

Not sure if I should post this here or in another forum.

So, we would like to book a late ADR at Epcot, and we know we will be out after Illuminations has ended. We want to plan it this way so that we will be able to walk out of an almost empty World Showcase.

With that being said, what restaurants would be a nice walk through most of WS? We were thinking Teppan Edo, but it is booked.

Also, are the buses still running after park closing? If we are not done until close to 10:30 (worst case scenario) and Illuminations are scheduled for 9, will buses still be running?

What about Les Chef's? We have had some pretty good meals there. Depending on your party or budget the Bistro would also be a nice choice.

We have had times when we were seated after IllumiNations has ended and have still never had an issue with getting back to the resort using Disney transportation.

Does Via Napoli have anything available? We had a late ADR there in January, and it was lovely! It was fun to watch the restaurant shutting down for the night, and to stroll through WS well after Illuminations. The staff was phenomenal right to the end, and the food was some of the best I've had on WDW property. I would highly recommend it if there are ADRs available!
