Late Crystal Palace Breakfast Question

We have a 10:25 breakfast ADR for CP, and Disney's website says breakfast ends at 10:45. I know we won't be rushed (at least i hope not), but how is the food when we're that close to the end of breakfast?

The food is fine. The breakfast food will still be fresh. They'll start converting one of the stations to lunch during that time and you will be permitted to dine from both stations.
