Late checkout at RPR

We will be staying at RPR on the 18th of August,( I guess this could be consider the starting of the slower season in Orlando) and was wondering what the chances of receiving a late checkout on the 19th might be? We have a standard room booked. If we are granted a late check out will they tell us the next day or when we are checking in? And is late check out like 1 or 2 p.m.? I am also assuming you do not have to actually check out at the desk at Universal's hotels, just leave like you do at Disney, right?


Also with EE into IOA on the 19th, do you think we could do the whole park pretty much by 1 p.m.?

The latest I've gotten has been noon. You have to call in the morning to confirm.

The parks are still very busy in mid August but with your hotel express you should be able to get lots done.

Well if it is that early I may as well not bother. I was thinking it would possibly be at least 1.

noon is the standard time for late check out.

a lot depends on the number of guests that are expected to check in on the day you check out.

it occupancy level is high for that date, getting a later than noon check out is not normal practice.


if you booked with the Am Ex package, you get a 4:00 check out.
