Late Check Out at Helios Grand

Has anyone had any luck getting a late check out at Helios? We are ideally looking for a 1pm checkout rather than 11am. Not sure if day of week makes any difference (our check out is a Monday). Thx for any info

Test in the chat function and ask if it is available. Most likely, they will offer you a time and let you know how much it would be to extend the check out. If you accept you'll need to go to the front desk and have the room keys updated.
