Late Breakfast Buffet

If I book a late breakfast buffet....say Chef Mickeys for 11:15 and it closes at 11:30 will there be a good selection of food left? will we be rushed?

We have done a lot of late breakfasts at Cape May, Boma and Chef Mickeys and have never had an issue with that....the one place that was a terrible experience was 1900 PF, they were not replenished at all

We get the latest time at Boma, around 10:40 a.m., it closes for reservations at 11:00. We have never had a problem getting enough food!

They'll refill at 11:25 if necessary - that's always been our experience. We always pick a late breakfast, it's nice and uncrowded.
