Late Breakfast at H & V

As we plan on2 T.S/ that day and we want to see the motor cade I thought instead of lunch we"d do breakfast at H&V . I thought at 11a,m, how is the character experience at that timeand are they swiytching to lunch can you still eat or what? Help please!
