Late Breakfast and RD

I have two days with ADRs scheduled at 10:30, so late breakfast. Is it feasible to get into the parks at RD and ride a couple of rides and then head to breakfast? One of the days is at AK with early EMH (which I know may change) and MK. If it is possible, how many rides should we look to do and should we stay relatively closer to the restaurants or get to the rides we really want? Thanks so much!

I am guessing that park opening, except EMH is 9 AM. Yes you could ride a couple of rides, I would start with the one you really want and then move closer to the restaurant riding another one if time permits. You may be able to grab a fast pass for the morning. We went to AK and had a late breakfast at Tusker House and hit the safari ride and then ate and finished in time for our FP at Lion King show right behind the restaurant. It helped kick start the day and built up an appetite hiking around the parks before breakfast.

This is really one of those "It Depends" questions. If you will be able to get rides in depends on a few things: How big the crowd is at RD and how quickly you can navigate (easier for 2 adults than a family with a stroller and toddler), The "desirability" of the rides you are trying to get on (if you go for an E-ticket attraction, the line will likely get long quickly), Are your ADRs in the park?, How long it will take you to get from the ride to the restaurant (can also vary based on crowds), and of course -- what time is RD? Are there morning EMH?

It is probably doable to get in at least one ride (assuming a 9am opening) and then check your time to see if you can squeeze in another and just play it by ear from there.

As an example: One morning we were at MK for RD and DH and DS rode Space Mountain back to back with practically no wait. However, if they were trying to do 7DMT, they would not have been able to get even one ride in LOL! ***7DMT opened during this trip.

It will also depend on if you would rather rush to possibly get in a couple of rides or if you'd rather take a more leisurely approach and maybe sleep in a little one morning. I am go-go-go but the rest of my crew would rather have the extra ZZZZ.

We like the later breakfasts/early lunches for this very reason. It does depend on the season and what rides. in June, on our first MK day we are going to try to do Jungle Cruise, BTMRR, Pirates, and Aladdin before our 10:35 ADR. If we can't get it all done, so be it, but we will try. On our next day, at Epcot, we have a 10:10 at Garden Grill, so we won't get as much done before the ADR.

Regardless, we like the plan. It works for us.

Depends - are the ADRs in the park where you're already riding - and which rides/ages of children?

I have one ADR at Crystal Palace because my children (8 & 4) specifically requested to meet Pooh and friends. The other ADR is at Tusker House for the ROL package and it is also at 10:30. My plan was to get to AK early for EMH and at least get the safari in before breakfast. The rest of the day we are spending at Epcot, so we will FP there, and then return to AK for ROL. At MK, I have no plan yet, except for the late breakfast. We are planning at least 2.5 days at MK, but this will likely be a full day there with no park hopping. We are definitely a go-go-go family. Thanks for the advice.
