Late Boma Breakfast

I really want to try Boma for breakfast but we'd prefer to go later in the morning, around 10:30. Has anyone gone later/closer to "close"? Is food still fresh and replenished?

We're staying at BC and I was thinking about doing RD and doing TT really quick and then hop a bus to AKL to eat and continue on with our day.
