How likely is it that there will be no more availability on the 25% off Moderate Discount by Thursday???

And will it help my chances to move my reservation from POFQ to one with a 25% offer today? Or does it not make a difference if I wait until Thursday?

Unlikely. There will probably be some availability, but not for every resort or every room type.

It will not help. Don't waste your time. Discounted rooms at the hotel you want have to be available: whether or not you already have a booking at that hotel makes no difference.

Do we know if Port Orleans Riverside discount is for standard rooms? Or is it only for the pricey Royal Rooms?

I'm thinking I'll probably end up with CSR. I know I could just wait until Thursday and see what I find out when I call.... but I'm impatient!!!

For my dates, the disney on line system currently says there are no standard rooms available at POR. So does that mean I'm out of luck? There are garden view rooms, which it looks like they aren't THAT much more. But it'd still be cheaper at CSR....

Yes, if you can't even reserve that room type at full price, you're out of luck: it means everything in that category is booked. Believe me, they will sell it at full price if it's available!
