Late arrival to DHS- how to plan and FP

We only have one DHS day planned this trip and its the day after we do MNSSHP so I am thinking we wont make it to rope drop. Kids will be 6 and 8, 4th WDW trip but usually we do 2 DHS days.

Ods wants to do RnR, his first time and both kids want to go on ToT with dad (because I will never do it again .)

I had planned TSM SB with yds at RD while DH and DS go to RnR but now I am unsure how to plan with skipping RD.
Top Priorities-
RnR for DH/ODS
ToT for 3 of the 4 of us
TSMM
Star tours (we have had luck with walk on SB lines over and over)
fantasmic (rained last 2 trips, oh please let it be nice!)

We also always hit Great movie ride, Indiana Jones and Stunt show but can be flexible as to how they work in.
We have 50s PT for 1:25 thinking we would do midday break but now I am unsure about that as well. Move back to Dinner ADR?

I am still confused, sorry.
Should I try to get FP+ for TSMM, ToT plus my other Tier 2 and then hope to get RnR for the 4th? Should I do those FP as early as possible and move lunch later to accommodate?
