Late arrival to ASMovies

Hi all,

We have a reservation at All Stars Movies for September 09 but, most probably, we would be arriving just about the first hours of the next day (10th, circa 1am). What worries me is that Disney could consider us as “no-shows” and cancel the reservation.

I wonder if there could be an email address or a 800 number for communicating with Disney Reservation (we are from Venezuela, so any other type of number is a big “no”)?

If you can, do the mobile check in so they will go ahead and get you in a room before you arrive. This guarantees your reservation will not go into “DNA” or did not arrive status.

Putting in your arrival time tends to just add a note on the reservation, which if it works similarly to my former hotel property, an agent would not automatically see unless they open your reservation to look for that information. Even then, the DNA status was automatically generated by the system when the switch over occurred early morning (around 1-2am).

Regarding rooms, ours are in the "preferred" category. What we would appreciate, most of all, is having a quiet night of sleep. Any particular recommendations (room number, building, etc) in that regard?

Doing a quick check of Google´s Bard (their AI agent) with the question of “in the all star movies resort, what would be the best rooms in the preferred locations?”, the answer was:

These buildings are closest to the Cinema Hall Lobby and World Premiere Food Court, which means you'll have a shorter walk to get to those amenities. They also tend to be quieter than the other buildings, since they're not as close to the pool areas.

I know that these things must be taken “with a grain of salt” but, nevertheless, it is surprising the kind of answers you can get with these systems…

A quick look at the resort map seems to suggest that, indeed, the 101 Dalmatians should be my preferred location. Besides, one of my earliests memories of visiting a cinema was, precisely, with that movie (yes, I’m that old ).
