Late arrival at AKV - Kidani

We will be arriving later at night, probably after 8pm to check in at AKV -Kidani. We are renting points from a DVC member. Should I have the member let them know that we will be arriving late or does it matter? Anything else I need to know about a late arrival? Thanks!

8PM isn't really what I'd consider a late arrival. Coming from the West Coast we rarely arrive before 10PM! As long as you check in before the following morning you'll be fine and don't need to let them know.

Also, depending on your reservation you might be able to do online check in and that asks what time you are arriving.

I was just told this morning by MS that they probably needed to list a very late checkin for me. Our flight does not arrive until 12:35, so it will be close to 1:30 am before we get there by rental car.
