Late arrival and Magical Express

We're looking at incoming flights and the price on the 7:30pm arrival flight just went up but the 11:22pm arrival is still low. What do I need to know about arriving so late?

*Will Magical Express still pick us up that late?
*My parents will have already checked in and we're sharing DVC accommodations with them. I'm guessing we'll get to the resort (BWV) around 12:30-1am. Will I still be able to get our room keys at the front desk?
*What time will our bags arrive?? I'm imagining we'll need to carry on as much of our bedtime and morning routine stuff as we can, but there's stuff that just doesn't fit in a 3oz container that I'll need to make myself pretty for the parks the next day.

DME bus service runs 24-7, so they will be ready to take you to your resort when you arrive. However, the DME luggage transfer service stops collecting bags at 10 p.m., so with an 11:22 p.m. arrival you will need to go to baggage claim and get your own bags, then take them to the DME bus with you. The good news is you will have all of your bags as soon as you check in! (There are some who have tagged the bags and had them delivered the next day, so that probably would work but you have to expect that your bags may sit unattended in the baggage claim area for an extended time. As a result, I'm not personally OK with doing that with my bags.)

Given that going to collect your bags will add at least another 20 minutes to the time it take to get to your resort, I would estimate arrival between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. As far as I know, there will be CMs at the desk to check you in and give you your keys.

Thanks! That's really good to know about the bags. We'll be coming from the west coast, so grabbing our bags at midnight is really just 9pm to my us and the kids should tolerate it pretty well.

Still hoping that the rate on the earlier flight goes down.
