I checked JetBlue for our area.

We would arrive at MCO around 10 PM !
We never have arrived that late.

For DME we pick up our own luggage
Cross over from A to B at MCO and maybe be on a DME bus
around 10:30 PM
Our arrival to the BWV would be about 11:30 PM with the DME ride.

Yes we would sleep in on our first day at WDW.

There are less than 50 rooms of a standard studio villa and the Boardwalk.
Maybe only 22 standard studio rooms -
Could we lose our reservation ?
Are there still BWV employees available to help check us in at 11:30 PM?
Could we still get a luggage rack to use ?
We would have paid thru Davids rentals

If we use garden grocer, should we ask for our food to be delivered to us the
next day at 10 am?

Please advise

It will likely take longer to collect your baggage and walk to DME. I would say you would be on the DMEbus more like 10:45 - 11. Then you may need to wait for the bus to fill, before departing MCO. The general thinking is that it takes 70 - 90 minutes from MCO during busy day times, without stopping to retrieve luggage. I think 11:30 is overly optimistic. I think you will be way later than midnight.
You won't loose your reservation. There will be employees to help check you in.
Guests can not use luggage racks at the BWV. You will have to use Bell Services, & tip them.
You can have Bell Services bring your groceries with your luggage or wait til the AM.

You won't lose your reservation. Any typical hotel reservation for a given date is actualy held until about 6 AM the next day. If you're dramatically delayed, communicate with the resort.

Why not just have your order delivered the next morning?

Do an online checkin and let them know your arrival time - should not be a problem.

During online checkin you tell them when you're planning to arrive. Works out beautifully.

We once landed at midnight, got to our room at around 2. It was sitting there, waiting for us. Lovely.

Asked for a Bell Services person (at POR) when we got to the front desk, and by the time we were done with the front desk process the Bell guy was there.

No matter what, pack what you need for the first 36 hours (and all medication/essentials) in carryons. That way if a bag takes a detour thanks to the airline, you won't be distraught and without underpants. :)

You will not lose your reservation. As PP mentioned your reservation is held until the hotel changes over to its next day, usually 5 or 6 am. That's because hotels sell nights not days so rollover is at the end of the night, I.e. early morning. So don't worry and the hotel is always staffed so someone will be there to help you.
