Late ADR's?

Does anyone know when the restaurants will begin to take late dinner reservations for October? Magic Kingdom is only going to 6PM.

Forgive me if I'm stating something you already know, but the MK closes several days at 6PM for the MNSSHP. Maybe you are trying for dinner before the party? Not sure how that works.

I have been frustrated with this because we are only going to the parks two days and both happen to fall into this category. It changes the evening EMH schedule and prevents us from seeing SpectroMagic. My schedule is a shambles. That'll teach me to try to squeeze in a short stay!

Thanks for your reply. The night I need a reservation there is NO Halloween party. Some posters here have said they hold later dinner ADR's till closer to the date. I was told by the first of August they should be opened but alas!!......

I wonder if they might be holding up that day in case they add another Halloween party night? I believe I was offered 7:30 reservations at Tonys for 10/6 or 10/7 over the weekend.

I'm trying to get an ADR later than 5:30 on 9/4. The park closes at 8:30, but the dining CMs have told me that CRT always closes earlier than the other restaurants. I'm going to keep trying. I can't belive that the last seating would be at 5:45 for such a popular restaurant.

Just thought I would add that because I had heard here that some of the restaurants open up later times as you get closer to your date, I called to try to get a Prime Time Cafe dinner later than 5:40 on a day the park closes at 8:30. I tried about 25 days out and again at about 19 days out and two different CMS told me that the last seating is def. at 6pm. and they will not have later ones. I also tried for an earlier lunch at Sci Fi at 19 days out, reading and hearing that it opens at 11 for lunch and was told no, it opens at 12 and the book that states 11am must be an old book, according to the CM. This was the 2005 passporter.
