Lastminutetravel tickets quick question :)

I leave 5/12 and still hadn't received my voucher, so I e-mailed LMT yesterday and received the voucher a few hours later. It looks just like the one posted earlier, but with our names on it. :goodvibes

I've read through the saga of the ticket vouchers, but I was wondering about experiences with LMT character dining vouchers. Anyone ever ordered these? It asks for a specific date - do you have to use it on that day? What if you decide to change a reservation to a couple of days later?

I would love to know this also. These vouchers would be a big savings for my family. How does the dining voucher work? Do you turn it in at the restaurant?

I haven't done the charachter breakfast vouchers, but someone further back in this thread did & posted about it. There was some confusion redeeming them which took a while to clear up I think, but it did work out in the end. Don't know about the date thing. HTH a little.:goodvibes

Just reporting back on my recent experience with LMT.

April 2nd. Ordered two regular 3-Day Parkhoppers (for $148-ish) and plugged in my actual park dates of April 27, 28, and 29. Printed out my receipt, as well as selected the option to "Email Voucher" to myself. The "voucher" looked pretty much like the receipt, except the price paid was missing. Was still a little confused about whether or not I had the actual voucher.

Learned from another poster in this thread that this was NOT the actual voucher.

Waited. Did not contact LMT again.

April 21. Received an email from "attractions" with subject "Disneyland Ticket Order Reservation # *******"

THIS was the actual voucher. (Someone else posted a picture of it in this thread.) I received it in plenty of time.

At a Main Entrance ticket booth I presented the voucher only (not the receipt) and my husband's ID. CM looked over the voucher, highlighted a few numbers on the voucher, gave us our paper tickets all within 2 or 3 minutes. Very easy and no confusion.

On my third day, after using my ticket for Magic Morning privileges, I went to upgrade to a Deluxe AP. I was told to pay only $115. In other words, the price difference had I paid the normal Disneyland price of $184 for my hopper. I told the CM that I had bought my PH at a discount price and was prepared to pay the difference from the $148-ish. She thanked me for my honesty and said it was fine, and that I just needed to pay the $115.

Bottom line...I had a great experience with LMT and would definitely go that route again now that I know what to expect. For me, it all went off without a hitch, besides some initial confusion.

I didn't use any character meal vouchers so I cannot comment on those.

I'm here to report that I bought 4-day hoppers on April 19 through LMT for an April 23rd travel date and was emailed vouchers immediately. I printed them off and presented them at the front desk of the Grand Californian where they were redeemed with no trouble at all.

We didn't try the meal vouchers but I would be comfortable trying them next time.

That's great to know about the DAP upgrade - I considered doing that during our trip. But alas, our next travel dates to DLR are too uncertain. :)

Here's my experience so far..

I bought 3 5-day PH tickets (1 adult, 2 kids) on April 6th. Got charged right away, but never got the extra fees that others did. Last night I received my vouchers for a travel date of May 23, so about 3 weeks early. The only problem was the voucher was wrong and listed as 2 adults, 1 child (although I was charged correctly). I didn't get the email until around 11pm and I went ahead and immediately emailed them about the mistake. I just got on at 7am, and I already had a reply apologizing for the mistake with an attached corrected voucher. It was easy peasy! I was amazed at a turn around time of less than 8 hours, especially considering most of that time was in the middle of the night. :thumbsup2

Thanks everyone for posting your experiences. I am feeling much better now about using our vouchers in a few weeks.

Thanks for posting these updates everyone :goodvibes.
Does anyone know why LMT is able to sell these tickets for so cheap? Nobody else gets close to their prices so I'm wondering what the deal is.

has anyone had any ordering issues with this company? it won't let me complete my transaction. it keeps telling me that: The billing information received is not valid. Please enter correct information. To enter another Credit Card press here. I've tried 5 times with the same card. I know there is nothing wrong with my card and I want to use this specific card to get rewards for the transaction. I guess I can try again tomorrow, but I'm wondering if it's just me or not. thanks!

OK, I figured it out. my cc company thought it was a fraudulent charge so they stopped it from going through. it's all taken care of now. I thought with the foreign bank charges mentioned in other posts that perhaps that may be why it was having issues. I'm just glad it's straightened out now. :cool1:

Thats really good to know for when we order, thanks for letting us know :goodvibes

I'm planning on ordering for a July trip and an Oct trip. I also want Goofy Character Meal vouchers. Since khowell's post that described some confusion redeeming the vouchers, has anyone ordered and used these? And are the character meals price differently in summer? Thanks for the help!

I had the same issue and was puzzling over it when my phone rang and it was my credit card company calling to confirm the transaction. Once it was confirmed, it went through no problem.

Just wanted to let everyone know we purchased our tickets through LMT and we're here now with no problems whatsoever.

I purchased a 3 day park hopper 1 month prior to our travel date. I didn't enter our date of travel at the time of purchase so I was emailed my voucher immediately.

Last night I took the voucher to the ticket booth and had our tickets in about 5 minutes. No ID required. No trouble whatsoever.

Funny thing, CM did ask me "how many days are your park hoppers supposed to be for?" Even though it clearly said 3 Day Park Hopper on the voucher. I'm assuming this is because of the 5 for 3 promotion going on. Soooo....I easily enough could have said 5 days, and I have no doubt she would have given me 5 day passes. But...I'm an honest person to a fault so I have my 3 day park hoppers :)

All in all we had an excellent experience using LMT, and I will not hesitate to go through them again.

Thanks for posting - the more positive experiences I hear about, the better I feel about our trip Friday :goodvibes

Did the price go up on these. I thought a 5 day was around $158. I just looked because I'm ready to buy for our July trip and it says $190. Disneyland has the 5 for 3 for $184.
