Just a word of praise for this company. I was due to fly to New York next thursday, but due to my mother being ill I have had to cancel the holiday. I contacted lastminute and they have refunded all but £20 of the hotel fee which is very fair.

Is your mum okay? Sorry to hear she is unwell.

Was it a fairly simple process with Lastminute? That certainly is a credit to them. Especially in an era where customer care seems to be slipping.

We don't know what is wrong with her, she has to go to hospital for tests next week but a nurse is visiting today. Her right leg has swollen up quite a lot and its making her life uncomfortable.
