Last weekend for 2Fer?

Okay, I have a few questions for anyone with answers...

I've been reading that the last weekend to use the 2fer tickets is April 18 and 19, is this true?

Also, if that really is the last weekend of use, will that have an impact on increased crowds at the parks during those dates?

I've also read that it is much better to visit Disneyland on Friday, instead of Saturday, because it is less crowded. Any word on that?

Since it looks like April is going to be a busy month, would it be better to visit Disneyland sometime in May?

You can check the Disneyland website for confirmation, but I'm almost positive that the 2-fer thing has been extended until May 22.

Saturday does tend to be one of the worst days to go, but oddly, I've heard Monday is the worst. I don't know that for sure, though.

There is always lots going on in Anaheim. It is still spring break for much of the country. Figure on busy crowds. Read HydroGuys stickies at the top of the board. Use Fastpasses.

It should not be unbearable, after all you are in Disneyland. Relax and enjoy yourself.

I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are not really the same person who was bombarding the boards with dire crowd messages during this last week. Read the Disneyland board and you will pick up lots of hints to make your visit a magical one, regardless of the crowds.

Yes, they extended the 2fer date almost a whole month. I was excited because our girls only trip was right after the promotion ended and now it goes through the weekend before Memorial Day. DD (who works at DL) said the projected attendance levels for April and May are much lower for 2008 than previous years. May be more truth to all this recession talk after all. . Anyway, go in May (one of my favorite times) and have a wonderful trip.
