Last week of Jan or First week of Feb. Difference??

What are the differences from the last week of January and first week of February? We are trying to decide when to take our next trip and it is between these two weeks. Is one better over the other, or is it pretty much the same?

We went this year jan28-feb 3. It rained every day but the last. It was also way more crowded than we thought. There was a cheering/dance competition.

I was also there from 1/29-2/3.
I didn't notice bad crowds until Saturday evening/ Sunday. Thursday morning was raining and 45 degrees. We got to magic kingdom at rope drop for extra magic hour and in the first two hours of the day went on every ride in fantasy land except belle, and everything in tomorrow land. Several rides had no one in line, so the cast members let us stay on for a second ride. The weather was a fair trade off for short lines. Monday was busy at MK because of the superbowl parade.
That is my favorite time of year to go, but our flight home was canceled due to snow, so that is a major downside.
