It looks like it should be ok to busy, but not crazy that last week.

The only thing I can say is that it tends to get hot (90's and above), although it's a dry heat (better than Florida). So depending on how used to hot weather your group is, that could weigh in.

We've gone in the last week of June a couple of times. Last year the crowds were busy but manageable, the year before that the crowds were pretty bad, like level 9 every day. But with Genie+ and rope drop we still had good trips.

The heat bothered us way more than the crowds. We ended up needing longer than usual breaks in the afternoon, like 5-6 hours instead of 2-3. While we were in the park we used neck fans, sun hats and sun umbrellas but the heat was still terrible for us. It had a big impact on our trips.
