last week there was a thread "This week I plan to..."
I put down: stop picking, exercise at least 45 minutes a day, drink pop only on the weekends.
Well..... I did it!!!
I didn't pick even once. I had read a post that mentioned BLTs (bites, licks, and tastes). I didn't have any BLTs. Not even one!
I exercised every day, but one day it was only 40 minutes rather than 45.
I didn't drink pop. And on Friday I could and didn't. And on Sat and Sunday combined I drank 12 oz.
I very proud of myself! (OK I hasn't officially been a week, but this is a new week)
How about you? What did you succeed at last week?

- the scale showed a tiny loss this morning and I hope I am sliding (S-L-O-W-L-Y) into one-derland! I know the exercise will help - so five more minutes on the DIS, then WATP, here I come!
