LOL, you should've seen the pastor from the church next door when I told him my dog's name It was funny

I did a little poking around through my old Photobucket and I found this photo of Delilah from the day we got her. It makes me sad because you can see how underfed she was. I know dogs are supposed to have a bit of a waist (she's actually a little overweight now), but this is just sad. We bought a bag of Pedigree and literally the second my mom opened it, Delilah was sticking her nose in it, trying to eat. We think the people we rescued her from (I consider her a rescue) just didn't bother taking care of her.

And you can't really tell in this photo that she's put on weight, but I think she looks healthier in it. Maybe it's because she's out in the sun.

I love our dog The last few days, while my parents have been gone, she's been climbing up on my bed with me when I go to sleep. I think it's because the air conditioner blows right at it because of how I have my furniture laid out

Seeing that everyone has posted pictures of their children, here are my other two kids.

This is Moses. He was dumped outside our house when he was about 4 months old (so the vet thinks). He's about 5 years old now. He's a bit fat Garfield and we have to keep him locked up at night because he fights with any other cat that comes along. I've posted this as Quietude on the scavenger hunt.

This is Mixie. Her full name is Mixolydian, which is a harmonic scale that if played on the piano, starts from B and ends in B with all white notes. She can be a little off-key sometimes. She's about 15 or 16 years old now. This one would be Attractive; except I took it on my camera phone in March, so it doesn't qualify. I'm going to have to try and catch her on one of her good notes sometime before August.

Yes I saw your pictures and loved the "Quietude" now I'm glad you are showing us both cats. Beautiful...the white one is about the size of our Tazzie he's going to be 11 yrs old next month. I know what you mean about the "old" pictures for the thread. I had a perfect one for a Veterinarian at Work, but it was taken prior...its fun but makes me realize I live near NOTHING I did get some neat ones at WDW
