wow that's really nice....what goes around comes around...I remember in one of the Hells Kitchen series there was a young lady that clearly had talent and didn't have much $$ she got booted off but he paid for culinary school...thought that was nice too.......

I'd love to try a restaurant too. Hoped he would consider opening in restaurant in Melbourne after his visit last year.....after his run in with the press, I doubt it.

Jamie Oliver opened a restaurant in Melbourne about 3 years ago, and ran a reality TV show based on it "Fifteen". The fifteen would be chefs were from disadvantaged backgrounds. Some of them still work in the restaurant.

I watched Jamie's show tonight. I know him. I'm sure I know this other dude if I see him. I'll google him real quick...

we have 8 dogs....no alpha stuff here...I am pack leader...but they sleep in crates & 2 of the doxies sleep with the oldest female Pointer & well he had to go...so I had to let everybody out....that was fun !!
