Getting a good report after the stress test was the best anniversary gift I could have asked for!

The nurse just called from DH's regular doctor's office. DH had spoken to her yesterday about getting some muscle relaxers or something like that for the pain he has in his back. (They're not sure if this is associated with everything else going on or if this is something different.) His regular doctor didn't want to prescribe anything new until they got the results of the stress test. So, this morning the nurse called the cardiologists office and pressed for results so we dont' have to wait until Monday! No change since he had his last stress test 4 years ago and NO PROBLEMS! Now DH has an appointment with his regular doctor this afternoon.

Well, no, not really. DH was pretty worn out from the stress test. When I got home from work I fixed steaks for the family and DH was able to eat a little of his. But then he went back to bed!

But, like I said, the good news was better than anything else we could have had!

My kids are doing well-only one has a cast and it hasmade her life more comfortable-she gets the thumb out next week Thursday and then the whole cast off by May 6th-right before we head to WDW

Kyle is up and around with not too much discomfort-only has pain with quick postion changes and if someone leans on his R side like I did -But you really can't tell anything is wrong with him if you just look at him

We're in NC(near Charolette-Lincolnton) were we are trying to help DH Sister with cancer out a little-I dusted the house and we planted a few flowers yesterday and pulled weeds-all that good stuff and today we took her shopping fro some stuff and DH replaced a facet in her bathroom-just trying to help out

Soooo Glad to be home-we got caught in these bad storms-weather alerts on the radio every 5 min- telling us we were heading straight torwards a sited tornado

DH thought they were farther away-but as we passed over this bidge of Lake Hartwell-we nearly got tossed into the Lake,the wind was curly the water up and over the side of the bridge-I've never been in such bad conditions before! I'm sure we passed within 500ft of a tornado-it was so loud in the car the wiind/lightening and rain it was CRAZY! I'm a wreck now-it was so bad!

and all the debry on the road was pretty scary too-I think we passed pretty close to another tornado too since it was green and windy and lightening and branches flying at us-and the rain and hail-Ughhh

I told DH that Disney should make a ride called F5-it was the scariest ride I've ever been on!
