We have to have field trip forms filled out for our outings, and both adults that are there have to be GS leaders. I wonder how your council does it??

How many girls are in your troop?

Anyone who handles money has to have a form on file. We have 15 girls in our troop.

And the Leader is not responsible for the cookies, booths or anything to do with it. That falls on the person who steps up to be the cookie mom. And we signed papers up front that says we are responsible for all monies.
