I can't believe no one was on here after 2 yesterday!

Pretty good news! The cardiologist really feels that the pain is not heart related. Wants him to go in for a stress test and an echocardiogram in the next month or so. Said he would say he's 90% sure it's not his heart but the only way to rule out any type of heart problem (that other 10%) would be for him to have a heart catherization and DH and the doctor both agreed that considering the risk factors for that and the invasiveness of it, it's really not needed right now. So, next step is to find someone who is a specialist for the hiatal hernia!

DH is going back to work today.

We had to go to the funeral of another friend of ours last night! So sad, he was only 51! He died of heart failure due to complications from surgery.

He left a wife and 2 DDs, 15 and 17. Matthew and the 15 year old have been in school together since they started kindergarten!

Sounds like pretty good news for him. Hopefully you can find someone quick for the hiatal hernia and he will get his stress test done and have some more answers.
