I'm back from band...I see your green thingy is on...not much action around here without Ruthie. :sad2:

Yep, I'm on! Just finishing up resident laundry and will be heading downstairs after that. I miss Ruthie :sad2: But yeah, it's been really quiet on here tonight.

I just read your pictoral update on your PTR, I like it and should have commented there. Can you really do all that in one day? Fran and I are so slow in traveling, we barely go one one or two rides at DL (well she can't get in and out due to her knees) but I don't even think once she is fixed we'd get on that many rides in one day!

Well, I'm going to be there for EMH and am only one person, so I can do pretty much whatever I want. The day that my dad and I spent at MK before I left for Chicago in early 2009, we did just about everything that was on that list. We got there a little after opening and stayed until closing. We didn't go to a TS, though, because he was paying and didn't want to do a TS (we'd also just decided the day before to go). We had lunch at Cosmic and dinner at Casey's. The only reason I remember is because a bird attacked us at Cosmic and is now a funny story, and I remember him watching the baseball cartoons at Casey's and commenting that my grandfather (his dad) would have liked Casey's just because of the decor (HUGE baseball fan).

Also, anything I don't get to, I can do later in the week :teeth:

I hope you guys are able to do more in a day once she's all healed up  My mom had surgery just before they came down to get me from my program in 2005 and we spent a day at DHS and Epcot, so we didn't get to everything, but we did the "major" stuff. My dad LOVED Mission Space, and my mom loved RnRC and TOT.

I don't think we'll ever get as much done as others, just because of the RA. I do hope that we start to go on more rides other than things like Mickey's Philharmagic, The Laugh Factory, the roundabout movies in Epcot....she will still get tired, so even if we can get up early and get going (which is rather difficult since she is stiff and slow in the mornings) we'll need to go back to the room for a good long nap in the afternoons.

When we go to Destination-D next month, we'll be there in a month from now! I highly doubt that we'll be able to see all the seminars every day. When we were at D23 last year, she kept falling asleep in the seminars. They have things going from 9AM to 10PM. There are six on Friday and seven on Saturday. All of them sound interesting but we'll have to see how it goes, they will clear the room after each presentation. We have a Villa so I'm going to bring things like boxed Mac-n-cheese, Keilbasa, and maybe some other things that I could cook up in case she starts to have a meltdown and we have to go back to the room.

This is silly, I'm talking about her as if she is a 3 year old! :rotfl2:

:lmao: I love the rock star kitty!
