Florida authorities this morning arrested a man they believe is behind at least one arson and who may be involved in a string of man-made fires that have destroyed more than 20 homes in the state and damaged an estimated 120 more.

Well I do know a Corvette is not for me. They ride so low to the ground and I can't get out of the thing very graceful.

DH used to have a Corvette. It was nice way back when - when I was younger and skinnier - but I don't think I'd want to be getting in and out of one now! His Camaro that he drives now is bad enough!

Motivation is definately the key.

I work out normally 4 - 5 days a week

30 minutes cardio
30 minutes weights

During meals, I've been trying to reduce carbs. Breads and pasta are whole grain.

I wish I had your motivation and will power!

HOLY CRAP! I love the breads and pastas.........

And I am not real big on the working out stuff.

Do you see my problem....

You and I are the same Kelli! We need to come up with a plan where we can still eat our brads and pastas, not work-out and still lose weight! There's got to be some way! We just need to come up with it! (And think of all the money we'll make by inventing the eat, sit and lose weight plan! )

OK-Please pray for me I found some nasty things on DS computer and text messages on his phone until 1:30 this am-no wonder he didn't want to get up-He left phone on his bed since he was running so late this am

so I took the computer out of his room for good and have his phone and ipod touch-with internet capabilities- here on my deck waiting his arrival from school

I think I'm going to have a BIG Arguement in my near future and it's not going to be pretty Oh boy, fun fun-NOT

I don't know why we ever let him have it in the 1st place-it was his brothers PC-and he left it with us since he was heading to the Middle East

this DS just thought it was OK to set it up in his room-but it went against everything I believed in-now I know... The internet can be a BAD BAD place for teens

Never again!!!!!!

It went better than I thought tonight and now he's actually interacting with his family and seems more relaxed

I guess the computer and cell phone was maybe causing more stress in his life than I thought -weird-but a nice surprise

I just hope after a week it remains the same
