Well I have to head back to the Doctors Office-looks like Kyle now has Strep-and the darn Nurse Practitioner wont just call in another antibiotic for him-even though he has the same symtoms-just lovely-I guess she doesn't trust my nursing opinion

And now for the stupid truth...that kimmars been dying to hear! I hit my toe as I was getting into the tub/shower. How stupid is that. I just didn't judge right and didn't lift my foot high enough and slammed it right into the outside of the tub. And it was my middle toe. OMG it hurt so bad - one of those things that makes you sick to your stomach - and the kids in my room were still asleep so I couldn't yell or blurt out any dirty words. You would not believe the colors that the toe and the top of my foot turned. And, naturally, this is the foot that I always have problems with. But I'm surprised that it has healed as well as it has.

It is good that it is healing. I kinda did that, by hitting my toe on the metal frame of a bed! I almost saw stars!

Well imagine my surprise when after testing Kyle it turns out He has Strep Throat too-

Ughhh-if they give it to me next I will be so mad!!!! It took me 3 months to get rid of it when my oldest gave it to me when he was a teen

Wow. Kathy that is very sad. How is your DD holding up?

It's really bothering her. She's lost quite a few friends since going away to college to accidents or suicide. But this being termed a homicide is really scary. They haven't said any more about it today, either!
