Still not much on that UNCC student who was murdered. Yesterday the police said that the autopsy showed that she died of lack of oxygen but they won't say if she was strangled or smothered!

DD and her DH went to the candlelight vigil at the university last night. She said it was so sad and depressing.

I doubt my kids or DH would know exactly how to post on here if something happened to me-it is really weird

So that's why I'm keeping my hopes up that it's just his real life getting in the way and nothing too serious-so I continue to pray those happy thoughts

DH is thinking about calling in sick today-such a lazy guy


Man-must be nice to call in so much-if I did that I'd be out of a job-but at his job they go by each month and not by the year for occurances-gees I only get 3 time a year for calling out sick-so I save one for a real sick day and the other 2 for times in summer for family times


But then again I do volunteer to leave early a lot when we're not busy

DS is home sick too today-I guess after the choir concert he paid the price of singing with Strep Throat- not totally gone-He was just past the 24hr marker with his antibiotics and thought it would be fine-so today the headache and sore throat are back!!! go figure

You need to try and get a nap in before the event-which is going to be tough-But I always try to get a quick 2-3hr nap in before working all night and it helps a lot

Ughh-that is going to be tough-Good for you for doing the Relay though-hope you have a good time anyways!!!

It does sound fun. They are going to have a jump rope lap, wal-mart shopping cart lap, limbo lap, pass the t-shirt lap and several other themed laps.

You need to try and get a nap in before the event-which is going to be tough-But I always try to get a quick 2-3hr nap in before working all night and it helps a lot

I was going to try but I don't have any of my stuff together yet. I need to do all of that and than get Ash from school. Than maybe lay down for about an hour. But I am sure my mind will be in overdrive and I won't be able to sleep.

I am going to bring a tent and a sleeping bag so that maybe I can rest during the event. Only one member from our team has to be on the track at all times.
