Watching TV long distance with my friend Elle My parents were supposed to come home from Idaho today, but there are severe thunderstorms in the Chicago area, so their connecting flight was canceled. Now they're stuck in Vegas for the night, not that my mom really minds She was like "WOO HOO SLOTS!" when she called me to let me know. They'll be home tomorrow evening.

I don't know why I figured that they drove. Vegas must suck right now, considering how hot it is here!

Well, it was in the high 80s here today. The storms just started

Someone on my FB who lives there said something about tornadoes too. Today temps shot up here. Palm Springs was supposed to be 111 today. Vegas wouldn't be much different.
