Physical side is getting better but mentally drained.
Just hoping I was making sense and stringing sentences together properly at my job interview this morning.

I do feel positive. Theyre potentially hiring more than one which is good.

I've kind of had a cold. On and off for the past week. But it's a 'discussion' that blew up into a huge fight last night that sent me into the fetal position last night and feeling nauseous. Then feeling numb this morning. Won't bore you with the details...

I do feel positive because I really want and need this job. So I honestly think it went well. It's just strange having this hour long engaging conversation then returning to numb.

It just shocked me how far he went given I had such an important appt in the morning. He's the one who helped me through the last 2. Hence feeling numb. I know he feels guilty because he's got a killer migraine now but for whatever reason he just wouldn't let up last night.

Sigh.........if I could just win the bloody lottery and bump off the 'soon to be' ex it would solve everything

The boys had fun today. I had to work.

But we have one more brainwashing day tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it.

Glad they had fun though I'm so 'out of it' with the whole music education events going on I didn't even know this stuff existed. I wonder if it was such a big production in the 80s?
I just remember the teachers we bonded with best and were amongst the best in our area were AMEB.

I've actually returned to piano lessons a few years back to get me back into it. You know the hardest part?? Calling her by her first name rather than Mrs M

The "best" local teacher in my area is my last piano teacher. He's now teaching at the Melb Uni Conservatory and he recommended the teacher my DS was previously learning from. She happened to be a Suzuki teacher but had done the conventional method before she found Suzuki. Sadly, she passed away last year and we decided to stick with another Suzuki teacher, also in the area.

I'm learning classical guitar at the moment (Suzuki method). Yes....we're really sucked into the system now
