yes, my difficult job is DH, DS (turning 5 tomorrow ) and DD (3 1/2 years old) and taking care of my home and animals. My other job is in our town....I don't want to say exactly what I do, but I am a professional and I work in an office....which lately has been really sloooowwww....so I have been spending a lot of time here

nothing that exciting...although I was once offered a chance at a summer internship in the FBI....but I knew it wasn't me....I am horrible at keeping secrets. I just don't feel very comfortable putting to much of my info on the web...even here, everyone seems normal, but I don't know who else peeks in. I will send you a pm.

too fast. I am trying to brainwash DS to always live near me...I tell him that he raise his family next door to me . Yes, this year both DS and DD are in the same preschool, but different classes. We usually bring in lunch for all the kids on a birthday, but today they had a feild trip so it was hard to do that. I had to think of a snack that would be not need to stay hot or cold. So, I picked up a couple gallons of apple juice and I bought colored ice cream cones (pink, green and chocolate brown) and I made two mixes of white cake mix with the party spinkles inside. I filled up the cones and baked them. DD had a pink cone for breakfast and DS had green . I couldn't frost them since I couldn't keep them all cold, but the colored cones with the sprinkles inside looked really cute.

The last time I made them I used my regular cupcake tin and put some foil on the bottom of the cone to make them stand up. It was for DH and his friends so I didn't put too much cake mix and I added whip cream on the top. This time, since I made over 40, I placed the cones directly on my mini-cupcake tin and baked 24 at a time.....which is why I was up extra early, I made two batches. I look cupcakes too.

Also, I just cook them at 350 or whatever the box says until they are done. nothing special on the baking part of it.
