I spent 7 years as a Volunteer Firefighter and now am a social memeber because
i moved out of district and haven't joined the Dept here yet

My Mother is the 1 Asst chief in the Dept and is actually at Montour Falls ( the Fire acadamy ) this weekend

Well i have tried several different "migraine" medications but none of them really help....

so when they get bad the only thing really helps is Fiornal with codiene and a muscle relaxer or two
and lots of sleep and quite

That's the only thing that I can take for mine that works, too!

I used to get them a lot but I never got them when I was pregnant. And after each baby was born I'd get them less and less. Now I only get one, maybe two, a year! Something to be said about having lots of kids!
