Our nights have cooled off since the begining of the week-now it's in the hi 50's to low 60's-not good if you have an above ground pool though -So how's the neighbor situation going-still locking you in your own driveway

Yes....

When we first appeared in court, they were pretty aggressive with the judge that they had to close those gates when they wanted to. He was running out of patience with them so he asked us if we would agree to allowing them to close the gates during certain times of the week until we get a hearing date and we agreed. Well, this stuff has been ongoing and no hearing date in sight!

We have had 4H people come up here for meetings, construction people working on our house, and the UPS man coming and going and they have all gotten so tired of this gate thing that some of them are not closing them. So, the neighbors now watch everyone that goes thru to make sure they close them. If they don't, they run out to the driveway and close it behind them to make them get out and open them when they have to leave. That is ALOT of stopping and idling on that driveway....and gas being between $2.30 and $2.50 per gallon. I am waiting for a confrontation between someone and one of those neighbors!

Wow-what a mess(sorry-i'm at work and have to actually work once in awhile)Why???? do they have to lock the gates??Animals?? they make those grill passages for gates so animals can't cross thru- I'll keep sending you your way for a quick resolution to thia big Headache!......Oh Last aagin!
