Maybe you can do a search for people from Wisc. with under 2000 posts not being able to count down any more? People with about 550 from Chicago don't seem to have the same problem.

Nope, but I just checked to see if mine was still bouncin' and behavin' when I saw your post. Don't know why some stuff is still there and others just take off. Maybe the TF does more than just hand out tags.
