I finally got our bed and valances all done. It looks great.

And in the process I found a stress reliever...ironing. I had to iron the valances/swags and the bedskirt and the pillowcases. And I found that I could take out my frustrations and stress while ironing. I think I'll iron more often!

glad it came out well and

I have a huge pile of wrinkled shirts...I mean, stress relievers here

We may actually get our spring back up this way. It has just been so darn cold the last week

Yep - But I loved it. You buy tickets than put a ticket in each bucket for the basket you are trying to win. Or you could put as many tickets as you wanted. if it was something you really wanted you could more tickets in.

I've never heard it done like that but that's a neat idea. I'll have to remember that for the next time our school has a fundraiser!

I sometimes like to iron. I know strange.

My mom used to always say that she loved to iron. She said it not only relieved stress but then made her feel so good about herself because the clothes looked so nice. I always thought she was nuts!

But after yesterday I can see myself ironing a lot more. Everything in our room looks so nice and crisp and I relieved soooo much stress.

Oh, I did. DH didn't sleep as well as I did 'cause I had the sheets tucked in real tight and he hates that. But I think he also knew how hard I had worked on it all day yesterday and he wasn't going to be the one to untuck those sheets on the first night! I know his half will be untucked tonight though!

We're getting a break in the weather here too!

It's supposed to rain all day today but then tomorrow, Friday and Saturday we're supposed to be up to spring-time weather again. But Sunday the high is only supposed to be 40! What's up with that? Then Monday we start warming up again.
