We were actually a bit surprised at first. We talked about going to the Children's Christmas party last year just to help, and they both volunteered without us even asking! When we talked with them this year, they jumped right in to say yes.

hey all just thought I'd let ya all know, that I'm impatiently waiting here in the waiting room while my mom has x-rays done. We were walking down the street and her knee poped really really loud so we brought her to the ER to check it out b/c she couldn't walk on it after that. they just took her so it could be awhile before we know, but they have free wi fi and I grabbed my laptop b/c I have a paper due for school so I'll be able to check in and keep ya'll updated! Please send some prayers that she doesn't need surgery!!

We're home now and nothing is broken Thank God! but they said that she's going to have to see the orthopedist monday to make sure she doesn't need surgery. they said she has a bone spur that's causing all the pain, but the pop was from the legiment and that might need to be repaired, but we're home and she's feeling much better b/c they doped her up

Tonight was a sad night for the school. We lost the Western NC Finals in football 36-14.

It was so sad to see some of these guys coming off the field crying!!
