I came home from work today and checked my email and had quite a surprise. Remember the fire call we had last week? Well, I submitted some pics to Firehouse.com. And they used them....

I never really thought they would. If you check out the link look at the first picture. As sad as it is to see something like this - there on the right side there is a rainbow!

I don't think so.

Me thinks you think too much! :lmao:

Think again!

Hey Kathy, how was your day?

Pretty good. My boss was a sweetheart all day today! :lmao:

We expect to be pretty busy tomorrow because we're supposed to have snow and ice tomorrow night and into Thursday. So naturally everybody has to rush to the grocery store and buy everything in sight because they may never get out again! :lmao:

Wow. Amazing to see a rainbow during something like that.

That is great.

It just seems so overwhelming to me. I will put in something in the search and it will come up with thousands of items. :scared:

You just need to be a little more specific with your search to narrow down the number of items.

I remember when I first learned about ebay! I was taking some courses at the community college and one was a computer course. My instructor was buying and selling old greek coins on ebay and he would check his auctions during class.

I started to "study" ebay before I ever bought anything. Then once I bought a few things I decided to try selling. I found my "niche" - which is old dishes. They say that you should sell things that you're familiar with and I've learned a lot about old dishes, especially corelle, corning, and pyrex!

Very cool.

My problem is I don't want to bid on one item until I check out all the rest. I am afraid I will find it for less with a buy it now. Which happened to me after my first purchase.

Than people just bid like crazy fools.
