If you figure that up it comes out to one "episode" every 50 seconds or so. Basically, that means that I have not had one continual minute of sleep for who knows how long. It's no wonder I have felt so tired all the time!
WOW-Kathy!!! SO did he set you up with a CPAP machine-I hope so -no wonder your so tired all the time!!!!
and more oxygen....did he say/ask how your managed this all these years? maybe you are doing something right? You need some rest woman!!!!!
He did the orders for the CPAP machine today and hopefully I will have it within a week. I'm so anxious to get it. They had me on the CPAP machine at the hospital last week for 4-1/2 hours and I felt fantastic the next morning. I had not felt that good, or that rested, in years. Now I feel like there is hope!
Andie's dad has that. He snores SOOOOOOO loud!
what does it do
I snore too! It's so embarrassing how loud I can be. I can wake myself up!But at least now I know there's a reason so I don't have to be embarrassed.
But when I was on the CPAP machine at the hospital I did not snore at all!
