sounds like fun!!!! I'm just starting to not like roller coaster too much-they just give me such a bad headache-I like the rides, they don't scare me-they just hurt my head so much!!!

I hate that they closed astroworld here in Houston! I used to LOVE going there in the summer. I used to love to ride the Serial Thriller, it was one of my favorites but it used to give me the biggest headache when I got off.

I was looking for a video of the serial thriller on youtube but I found this. I almost cried when I saw it. I miss going to astroworld so much! OMG the memories I have of that place I spent most of my time there. this video is alittle long and it has alot of pictures from Fright Fest durring halloween so it usually didn't look like that but it has the serial thriller in it and my all time favorite ride the Texas Cyclone even though I almost fell out of it one time

This one's shorter, and it has videos of people on the rides. I've ridden everything in the park except for the dungen drop, which is like the ToT except it's out in the open and it's alot taller. and I never got a chance to ride the thing where they pull you up with like a crane and let you kinda fly through the air(it's on this video). I never found anyone to ride it with me and I didn't want to do it alone.this video even has the Serpent, which was a little kid coaster, but it was the 1st one I ever rode

I did look up some vacation packages thru AAA today. We can go to some dude ranch type place in the middle of nowhere.

Someplace else had a snowmobile package. But I don't think DD is old enough for that.

I actually had a moment of insanity. I thought about trying to have another baby. Than the moment was gone.

there was a cool dude ranch I thought of trying in Colorado...I think it was called Elk Mountain...we decided to wait until the kids were old enough to do all the activities (like white-water rafting and horseback riding)...DS is almost there, DD has a little ways more.

A few years ago we went snowmobiling in the Rockies.. DH had fun, but I had (not knowing at the time) altitude sickness...you could check the ages and see if you could pack your DD. When we went DH packed me....but there were kids (maybe around 10 or so) that were riding on their own. DH used to pack me on his street bike in our younger days too....
