And there is a glitch in the BLEEPING software that is causing problems. I am about ready to scream. I have a call into Tech support and with my luck they will call back just before I am ready to walk out the door. If that happens I will NOT take the darn call.

that used to happen to DH when they got a new system a few years back....and he would have to go in late at night and get stuff fixed, running and printed before the next day...because the system would go down after hours
