I have to share something funny about the whole situation....(gotta look at the humor in things!)
Yesterday when the deputy (who is a good friend of ours) came out to serve the papers he shared what had happened when he got the papers from the deputy that handles all the court papers first. (It's his job to read over the papers and decide which deputy should serve them.)
First of all, let me add that A.J. is actually a "jr" and his middle name does not start with a "j" as most people think it would. So, when this deputy first saw the papers and saw the name, he thought they referred to DH!

And since I am the "petitioner" he thought that I was petitioning to have DH ruled incompetent!

Can you imagine the buzz around the department yesterday until this one deputy (our friend that served us) finally realized it was A.J. and not DH!!!
