The problem has been figured out. I deposited a check but they deposited it as cash. When the teller caught her error she cashed out the check that I had deposited. But, she cashed it against my account number. Okay, no problem, we all make mistakes...but it took me about 30 minutes at the bank - I figured out the problem, not them, but when I told them my theory they said it couldn't possibly have happened that way. Then they called me back about an hour later and said that they had figured out the problem and it was what I said. But they said they won't be able to credit it back until Monday!
I told them that wouldn't be acceptable and she said she would check with the branch manager and call me back. But still no call!
