:faint: Wow. That is allot for milk.
::yes:: DH was diagnosed right after DD was born...which is when I really started doing home cooking and we started eating out less and less (for money reasons and health reasons)...and now I stockpile/coupon/rebate those types of things....I think that things I have done to reduce what we spend on food/household things have been the #1 way we have been able to go on vacations.... Most everything here is shipped in...so toilet paper, flour, frozen items, everything has that added cost.

I know a few people with large SUVs that pay over $400 a month in gas...for just that one car :scared1:

You find ways to save money. And yes it is nice to eat out every now and than but sometimes I look at my plate and than the bill and wonder if it was really worth it.

YIKES! - It kills me to fill up the van. It was over $47.00 the other day. I really want a nice little mini car that doesn't cost much to fill up.

We used to eat out a lot with our old friends...and I was always pregnant and craving :rotfl: so, I think cutting back at first was harder for DH...but now it is at the point where he rather eat at home (maybe my cooking improved :goodvibes ) but when we eat out, we don't know how fatty it is or if there is MSG and then he will flare up.... and we eat with our family often, so that changes things up.

Last week we had Father's Day Bar-B-Q at our house, potlucked at DSil on Monday, we took food to my parents on Tuesday, Thursday night at DH's aunt's house for his grandfather's B-Day, Friday night at my Mom's, Saturday DD and I had potluck at DH's aunt's place for the shower and DS and DH ate with DBil and DNphew at his sister's place for lunch...and Sunday we had a picnic at the beach ...

Why am I still hungry :teeth: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think on my next car I want a Honda Element or CRV or something like that...I love my Honda van that I have now. When DS gets older, I thought of giving him my van to drive around and I get something new....but DH said no teenage boy of his will have a van ;) :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

True - I honestly never thought I would have one either. And I am not sure how long I will have this one. We are starting to have little issues here and there. :furious:

too bad you couldn't hang with us yesterday. Ashli would have had so much fun at the beach with DD and DS. DS caught little shrimps, a big, huge crab that jumped at me and I screamed  , little crabs and fish. You could have laughed at me too :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

She loves the beach and little critters. She would have been right at home.

I see you Tracy.

And it is almost time for me to head for home.
