there is a Dead Chipmunk on my front porch

and DH won't be home for a few hours

somebody wanna come clean it up for me PLEASE

just a quick post-sorry to hear about the piggy Kathy-hope Andrew is doing better!!!

we had our home inspection and it went pretty well-the new owner came along and we got to talk a little-hopefully not too much

but-only one major thing was found wrong-I guess when they hooked our central air into the circuit box they did it wrong-it has no breaker-so it needs to get fixed-but the house faired well overall-thank goodness that's all done with

now the family would like to bring the kids thru-I told them just to give me a call to set it up-get this they have 4 kids ages 10-2yrs old!!! Great to know that this house will have yet another young family in it and they have a yellow lab too!!!

now we wait til the appraisel comes thru and the financing is approved/finalized!!! then it will be all ready to go!!!!I'm still so worried-I hate all this waiting!!!
