We've got a lot of staff leaving this year too. But we are losing over 300 kids due to redistricting, so we have to lose them.

I wish there was an excuse like that (although I hate to loose teachers anytime) but this is just plain BAD administration and people are leaving in droves!!! we have 115 teachers at our school and about 1500 kids and the kids aren't going anywhere!!! since I am leaving within the district its not a big transfer deal, but I will tell the admin two weeks before the end of the school year, that way I don't have to be treated poorly like some of the others for the next 7 weeks!!!
